bone crack:

pain tearing from bones
and skin
and mouth
tongue wailing
praying outloud
limbs twisted
face contorted
concrete
cold and final
body thrown across the slab
like lamb
tears mixed with snow and dirt
more crying
fingers throbbing of pain
pain swimming with memories
sure to visit its victim when shadows
hug eyelids
